Ordering Guidelines
 
Electronic Artwork: For (1) color jobs artwork must be supplied as either 600 dpi black and white TIF, PSD, PDF or JPEG.  Vector artwork must be submitted as:  Illustrator, CDR, EPS or PDF files with text converted to curves. 

For 4 color process jobs artwork must be supplied as either 300 dpi TIF, JPEG, PDF or PSD files.  Vector artwork must be submitted as:  Illustrator, CDR, EPS or PDF files with text converted to curves.

E-Mailed Artwork: Please included ONLY your PO# in the subject line.  Include your company name and contact information in the body of the e-mail.  Email artwork to artwork@richardsgourmet.com

Copy Change: Any modifications to arwork will be charged at $12.50 (G) minimum.

Label Charges: A label charge of $55(G) will apply to all new orders.  Exact repeat orders will have a repeat label charge of $27.50(G).

Combined Quantity Pricing: Not available.  Products utilizing the exact same label size, imprint and label stock will have only one label charge per order.

Proofs:  Proofs are e-mailed free or charge with every order * as part of the acknowledgment process. This proof must be signed and faxed to start order processing and establish a firm ship date.  *No proofs are provided with rush service.

Standard Colors
:  Available only on orders with one spot color on foil label.  Black, Reflex blue, Red (PMS 185), Maroon (PMS 201), Green (PMS 347), Dark green (PMS 349), Brown (PMS 469), Pantone purple or Pantone Violet.

Pantone Color Match:  Add $40.00 (x)  Available only on orders with one spot color on foil label.   

Process Color:   Four color process jobs will be printed without respect to precise color matching standards. Will attempt to produce all colors as their process equivalent. Precise color matching is available at an additional cost on some products. Call for details.

Rush Orders
:  See Rush Service details below.

Currency:  All prices are in U.S. dollars.  All prices are subject to change.

Shipping:  Catalog quantity orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.  Supplied or 3rd party shipping account numbers will be accepted* with an additional charge of $10.00(G).  *Not available on rush service.

Drop Shipment Charges:  Orders shipped to more than one location will have minimum charge of $10.00(G) per each additional shipping location.

Less Than Minimum Charge:  $25.00(G) charge.  Absolute minimum order quantity is one half of the minimum catalog quantity.  Only applicable on items that are decorated with a label.
 


RUSH SERVICE GUIDELINES

   1. “48 Hr Rush Service” must be stated on Purchase Order.
   2. Rush service is only available on orders printed 4CP on white label.  Production Ready Orders must be received
       before 5:00 PM EST (i.e. Orders received before 5:00pm on Monday will ship Wednesday).
   3. Orders must be production ready.  See Ordering Guidelines.  Orders that are incomplete or require clarification
       will not qualify.
   4. Proofs will not be provided.
   5. Artwork must be provided in proper format, see “Ordering Guidelines”.
   6. Artwork must be provided to size as indicated on website.
   7. $56.25(G) rush charge will be added to order.
   8. 1 Day Service Available at additional charge - Call factory.
   9. Customers must have Terms established or provide Credit Card Information.
  10. Must ship via pre-paid FedEx shipping services on our account number.
  11. Subject to inventory availability & artwork review.
