Electronic Artwork
For (1) color jobs artwork must be supplied as either 600 dpi black and white tif, psd, JPEG, Illustrator, CDR or EPS files with text converted to curves (vector artwork). For 4 color process jobs artwork must be supplied as either, 300 dpi tif, JPEG or psd files.

E-Mailed Artwork: Please included ONLY you PO# in the subject line. Include your company name and contact information in the body of the e-mail to artwork@richardsgourmet.com

Copy Change
Any modifications to arwork will be charged at $12.50 (G) minimum.

Label Charges
A label charge of $55(G) will apply to all new orders. Label charge may repeat on re-orders. Please inquire. Products utilizing the exact same label will have only one label charge.

Combined Quantity Pricing
Not available.

Proofs
Black and white proofs are faxed free or charge with every order as part of the acknowledgment process. This proof must be signed and faxed to RGC to start order processing and establish a firm ship date. For 4 color process & multi colored jobs, a pdf proof will be emailed free of charge.

Production Time
5-10 working days from proof approval, except:
15 working days from proof approval on CC500
10 working days from proof approval VB100, VB90, VB80, VB60, BRK050, BRK050S, WB050, and WB050S
15 working days from proof approval for most custom products (most items designated DP...). Call for details.

Standard Colors (One color on a label)
Black, Reflex blue, Red (PMS 185), Maroon (PMS 201), Green (PMS 347), Dark green (PMS 349), Brown (PMS 469), Pantone purple or Pantone Violet.

Pantone Color Match
Add $40.00 (x) to print one color on label. Available on some products. Call for details.

Process Color
Four color process jobs will be printed without respect to precise color matching standards. Will produce all colors as their process equivalent. Precise color matching is available at an additional cost on some products. Call for details.

Over-runs
All products which are imprinted with a label have a +/- 5% over-run allowance. All products printed directly on the packaging material have a +/- 10% over-run allowance.

Shipping
Catalog quantity orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Supplied or 3rd party shipping account numbers will be accepted with an additional charge of $10.00(G).

Drop Shipment Charges
Orders shipped to more than one location will have miniumum charge of $10.00(G) per each additional shipping location.

Individual Shipments for Gifts
Your gifts can be shipped individually to each recipient. Please add 1.99(x) per address. Normal UPS & Fed Ex charges will apply. Gifts shipped to individual recipients may ONLY be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Please provide street addresses as UPS and Federal Express will not deliver to PO boxes. Addresses must be provided on Disk or email in the following format.

Requested Format (Disk or E-mail)
MS Excel, comma delimited text or tab delimited text (PC format only).
All addresses must be submitted in a single spreadsheet, document or file.
Spreadsheets must contain only one worksheet.
Excel files must use the exact field names shown below. The cells must be formatted as text.
Comma and tab delimited files must have a header row with the field names from below.

Below is an example of a list in MS Excel format.

Either Name or Company may be blank but not both. Address 2 may be blank
