Electronic Artwork: For (1) color jobs artwork must be supplied as either 600 dpi black and white TIF, PSD, PDF or JPEG. Vector artwork must be submitted as: Illustrator, CDR, EPS or PDF files with text converted to curves.
For 4 color process jobs artwork must be supplied as either 300 dpi TIF, JPEG, PDF or PSD files. Vector artwork must be submitted as: Illustrator, CDR, EPS or PDF files with text converted to curves.
E-Mailed Artwork: Include your company name and contact information in the body of the e-mail. Email artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org. For large files, please use the 'file upload' button at the bottom of our website.
Copy Change: Any modifications to arwork will be charged at $15.00 (G) minimum.
Label Charges: A label charge of $55(G) will apply to all new orders. Exact repeat orders will have a repeat label charge of $27.50(G).
Combined Quantity Pricing: Not available. Products utilizing the exact same label size, imprint and label stock will have only one label charge per order.
Proofs: Proofs are e-mailed free or charge with every order as part of the acknowledgment process. This proof must be approved (via email or fax) to start order processing and establish a firm ship date. No proofs are provided with rush service.
Process Color: Four color process jobs will be printed without respect to precise color matching standards. We will attempt to produce all colors as their process equivalent. Precise color matching is available at an additional cost on some products. Call for details.
Rush Orders: Please call for Rush Service. Available on certain products.
Currency: All prices are in U.S. dollars. All prices are subject to change.
Shipping: Catalog quantity orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground. Supplied or 3rd party shipping account numbers will be accepted* with an additional charge of $25.00(G). *Not available on rush service.
Drop Shipment Charges: Orders shipped to more than one location will have minimum charge of $25.00(G) per each additional shipping location.
Terms and Conditions of Sale: All products are custom printed and manufactured. Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns. Ship dates cannot be guaranteed. All orders are subject to Richard's of Chestnut Hill Inc., dba Richard's Gourmet Coffee (RGC) "terms and conditions of sale". All order discrepancies (order quantity, product condition, artwork, etc) must be communicated to Richard's Gourmet Coffee within 45 working days of product receipt. RGC's sole and exclusive obligation under its limited warranty shall be to either, at RGC's option, repair, correct or replace any defective product, or credit buyer the purchase price for such product. In no event shall RGC be liable for incidental, indirect, compensatory, punitive, consequential, special or other damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits.
